Terms, Conditions and Warranty Policy

We at K-Tech Suspension USA want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy, we’ll do our best to make things right. 

Visit www.ktechsuspensionusa.com for stock checks, product information and placing orders. You can also contact us by phone Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST. Have parts numbers whenever possible to eliminate fitment issues or miscommunications. Issues arising for orders placed without part numbers and/or vague descriptions will not be our sole responsibility.

Dealers can request access to our website dealer portal for online ordering and price checks. Web, fax or email orders will be responded to ASAP with confirmations. Most orders placed by 12:00 PM EST for in-stock items are expected to ship the same day. Orders are shipped primarily with UPS or USPS. Special arrangements can be made for FedEx and DHL. We strive to select the most cost/time efficient methods for each individual order. Shipping preferences should otherwise be specified.

We politely request that you

  • Inspect incoming shipments and notify us of any issue within two days of receipt.
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, you must retain all packaging materials for carrier claims inspection.

Returned goods for credit or refund MAY BE REQUESTED only within seven days of receipt with the following conditions:

  • We reserve the right to accept or deny any request for returned merchandise for any reason. Goods for credit or refund MUST FIRST OBTAIN a Return Authorization by contacting Customer Service at 631-231-9556 or emailing sales@ktechsuspensionusa.com.
  • Returned goods for credit or refund must be in original undamaged packaging and include a copy of your invoice.
  • Returned goods for credit or refund must not be fitted or used and if found to be so will be returned at purchaser’s expense.
  • Returned goods for credit or refund will incur a minimum 20% restock fee in most cases. Be aware additional restock fees may apply for items we do not ordinarily stock or if additional repackaging is required.
  • Return goods subject to refunds or credits may take at least 14 days for processing from the date of goods receipt to our warehouse.
  • Special ordered items are final sale and exempt from Return, Credit or Refund.
  • Canceled orders will incur a 20% restock fee if ordered items have been boxed and invoiced.
  • Returns/exchanges for purchases that originally qualified for free shipping may be responsible for the original outgoing shipping costs.
  • If it’s our mistake we will issue a Return Authorization number and refund return shipping fees. All other returns are at the purchaser’s expense. Custom fitments or special order items are considered final sale and exempted from our return policy. When we receive the returned merchandise we’ll either credit the part price you originally paid, or send you a replacement at our expense.
  • All goods purchased from K-Tech Suspension USA are covered by a full one year manufacturer warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear. If you feel that the product you purchased directly from K-Tech Suspension USA may have developed a fault then contact us so that we may help resolve the problem in a suitable manner. No returns on fork springs and/or shock springs; all sales FINAL.
  • Claims for products purchased through a K-Tech Suspension Dealer or Service Center MUST be processed by that original seller. Warranty coverage may include parts and labor and excludes shipping costs.

  • Your order ("Order") constitutes an offer to us to buy the Goods you select via your Order on this website. All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Our site automatically sends order confirmations to the email address associated with the order. A separate email containing your invoice receipt and tracking number will be sent when your order is released to the carrier. Additionally your tracking number will be posted to your online account once your order has shipped.

Registration, Passwords and Security

You have the option to open an account to place new orders and simplify repeat orders. On registration of an online account, you can select a Password and Username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and Username and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. We do not have the means to check the identity of people using our website and will not be liable where your Password or Username is used by someone else (unless such use is due to our negligence). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Password or Username of which you become aware.

If you are under 18 years old you are not authorized to make a transaction or register an account with us on our website. By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

Prices and Delivery

The price of the goods is as stated on this site and as part of the order process will be reflected in our confirmation to you. In the case of an obvious error, we will contact you to reaffirm.

Prices shown on the Product Pages do not include delivery. All international orders may be subject to clearance fees, duties and taxes of which the purchaser is solely responsible. We offer a number of options for shipping and make every attempt to ship as inexpensively and efficiently as possible. Shipping charges will be confirmed during the checkout process. If you prefer some other method, email an order to sales@ktechsuspensionusa.com and specify your shipping preferences. Small East Coast to West Coast shipments are generally shipped by USPS Priority 2-Day service to most locations.

Most in-stock items ship the same day or within 24 hrs. We have nearly daily deliveries from the UK and out-of-stock items typically arrive within 2-3 days. If we are unable to ship within that time we will email as soon as possible with an estimated shipment date.

Payment for all Goods must be by credit/debit card. We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We reserve the right to seek additional documentation for all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and orders being shipped to CONSOLIDATORS.

Payments for website orders are processed at the conclusion of the checkout and confirmation receipts are sent to the email address associated with the Web Order. We will process payment for all the goods in your cart. Back ordered goods will be shipped when they are in stock. You may cancel back ordered goods before the point of shipment by emailing Customer Service at sales@ktechsuspensionusa.com. The request must include your original Web Order Number. For your security, when using a credit/debit card, the billing name, ship-to address and phone number must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. Customers may be subject to additional fees for address corrections. We pledge to never rent, sell or trade your private information or shopping habits. Our site does not save credit card information. We will capture your billing address and IP address while processing your order. We will only use your phone number to contact you if we need to clarify any part of your order.
